We recently had 2 bathrooms updated by Onestop Kitchen and bath. Our designer, Trina Proctor was very insightful and knowledgeable helping us plan our design.  She helped us choose products that best fit our space, design and budget.The Project Manager was responsive to any concern that came up. I love my new kitchen. It has such a beautiful design thanks to Shabree her design is amazing. Also Mustafa’s workmanship is top notch. My kitchen was old and outdated. So there was some obstacles to overcome but Mustafa addressed them. Also Matt was extremely easy to work with and helped when needed. I am so pleased with my new counter and backsplash tile that was completed today in my butler’s pantry
It is beautiful and even  more than I hoped for!

One stop Kitchen and Bath provided excellent service from the onset planning with Stephanie to the different specialty workers. Umut,  the project manager was great and kept us informed of what was going to happen next. The start time and end time were very reasonable as was the cost. I worked with Stephanie F. She was very professional, delightful, informative, and thorough during the times that I met with her and or spoke with her over the phone. I can tell she takes her work seriously. she has time in the game so her knowledge bases comes through. She has a very good sense of coordinating and bringing your vision to life.  I never felt rushed and really felt that I was in great hands.  Although I did not
**use Stephanie and the team

We had the bathroom completely redone and it’s absolutely beautiful. The team was great with communication and partnering on design and execution.

Excellent! This is the second project I’ve had done with OneStop Kitchen and Bath. They did a fantastic renovation of my kitchen in 2023 and have just finished a renovation of the master bath. Corrina was wonderful to work with once again. Kent was incredibly attentive, ran the project smoothly, always checked in and was always available. Oscar did the reno by himself and was outstanding! (He previously worked on my kitchen as well.) He’s an extremely hard worker with great attention to detail, cleaned up behind himself and very pleasant to have around. He and Kent even pointed out and corrected problems done by another contractor on an adjacent bathroom. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! The cost was consistent with other estimates. We recently had our bathroom remodeled by One Stop Kitchen & Bath, and we are very happy with the results. The entire process was handled professionally, and the team did a great job from start to finish.

The workmanship was excellent, communication was easy, and whenever we had a question or concern, Matt and the team were responsive and helpful. They made sure everything was completed properly and that we were satisfied with the final result.

03/23/25: Follow-up on Remodel: #1. 12/09 Demo - 03/10 Final Inspection (see "night and day" aka before vs after). #2. One-Stop K&B of Winchester, VA General Contractor Naun Flores, was exceptional during the completion of my long awaited new kitchen. There is so much goodness I could write about the general contractor used. During the process I started to notice and realized how damn lucky and thankful I was, that I selected One-Stop K&B of Winchester, VA Matt Pektas (PM) and most important that they had Naun Flores General Contractor to work on this project; pictures do not lie so trust me - you will get quality workmanship, you will get decent and honest workers, and you will be Happy knowing it was done right (like no future worries or regrets). October 2024: I just signed my Remodel Contract today AND what a relief it feels; we've been working on this since end of June and project is estimated to end February-March. I've been planing multiple projects since 2015, met 8+ contractors to find the right one, finally found one through One-Stop K&B, Winchester, VA. Working with Gabrielle Alton was beyond my expectation. Her depth of experience and knowledge was highly useful and her patience deeply appreciated; esp. when one has been trying to make their dreams come true - she is a Super Woman.
